Canadian man receives 18-month sentence for repeatedly adding penises to neighbors’ snowmen

A man accused of adding male genitals to more than 400 snowmen over a 2 year period in the city of La Malbaie, in the Canadian province of Quebec, was sentenced to 18 months of imprisonment and a $15,000 fine for his deeds.

49-year old Bruno Miller, an unemployed sculptor and self-described “performance artist and fertility shaman”, has been known for years for his penis-themed artwork and tasteless performances.

In December 2017, he launched his artistic campaign dubbed “Penises for Humanity” and started patrolling La Malbaie during the night and adding genitals to every snowman he could find.

Several citizens filed complaints to the police as his “art” was quite explicit and shocking for the children who had built most of these snowmen and an investigation was opened to identify and arrest the culprit.

He evaded the police for more than two years, aiming increasingly provocative targets like snowmen near schools, churches, or retirement homes.

He was finally caught in the act in a sting operation in February 2020 while adding genitals to a snowman specifically built as a lure by the police.

Dozens of his victims were present this morning both inside and outside the courthouse and many, like 36-year old Isabelle David, rejoiced when the sentence was announced.

“I hold a daycare center and that pervert added penises on every snowman the children built for more than two years. It was about time someone stopped him.”

Mr. Miller’s lawyer, Ms. Jeanne Harvey, had a totally different opinion of the judgment, saying her client’s fundamental rights and liberties are being violated.

“He was using his freedom of artistic expression to promote his religious beliefs in fertility shamanism, where phallic representations are viewed as powerful divine symbols. This judgment violates his most fundamental rights.”

Mr. Miller was found guilty on multiple charges of trespassing, indecent acts, and mischief but was acquitted on charges of making sexually explicit material available to children.

Mr. Miller’s lawyer, Ms. Jeanne Harvey, was relieved her client was acquitted on the most serious charges and says she’s confident that he be totally acquitted by the court of appeals.

Mr. Miller and his lawyer have already announced their decision to appeal the judgment, denouncing it as a “dangerous step towards governmental thought control and intolerant social puritanism.”

Most experts and analysts agree, however, that their chances of overturning the judgment are extremely slim.

They have 30 days to file their demand if they choose to appeal. In the meantime, he will remain incarcerated at the Quebec Detention Center

Woman sues USPS for $1,1M in child support after having 6 children from 5 different mailmen

A woman filed an unusual lawsuit this morning at the Wayne County Circuit Court, in Detroit, demanding $1,125,750 in child support from the United States postal services, alleging the federal agency facilitated child support evasion by the five mailmen who fathered her six children.

In her lawsuit, 31-year old Susan McGuire blames USPS for frequently and easily moving their employees from one sector or city to another, facilitating evasion of parental responsibilities and child support payments.

Ms. McGuire has six children between ages 9 months and 7 years old, including 4-year old twins, and identifies five USPS employees and former employees as the fathers.

The 31-year old mother says the repeated pattern in her children’s fathers’ behavior suggests that their superiors were facilitating their evasion from their parental responsibilities.

“They would visit me every day to have sex for months or even years, but as soon as I announced I was pregnant, they were all immediately reassigned somewhere else and disappeared.”

Susan McGuire’s lawyer, Ms. Sharon Farris, says USPS was complicit in its employees’ behavior and must therefore assume responsibility for the harm suffered by her client.

“USPS helped these men avoid their responsibilities and left my client to raise six children by herself. Five men is not an isolated case, it’s an institutional culture of child support evasion.”

Ms. McGuire’s lawyer, Sharon Farris, says that USPS has a culture of covering up for its employees and her client’s children are the ones paying the consequences.

USPS has refused to comment on the case but issued a short statement mentioning that “the agency is stunned by the reclamations as it can’t technically father children”.

The federal agency also announced it would launch an internal investigation to clarify the situation and see if disciplinary measures are necessary against its employees.

The two parties are expected to appear in court in March for the beginning of the procedures.

A heavily inebriated man was arrested this morning after entering a Pet Valu store in downtown Cincinnati and devouring at least 16 live fishes in front of horrified and powerless employees.

Around 9:45 this morning, the Cincinnati Police Department received a call from a pet store concerning an intoxicated customer allegedly harming animals and causing mayhem.

Officers were dispatched on-site and found 43-year old Gary Harrison dunking his head in a fish tank, trying to catch fishes with his mouth.

He was arrested and charged with 21 criminal charges including animal cruelty, petty theft, and public intoxication.

Store employee and witness, Carol Sanders, says he ate several fishes before the police arrived, including a dozen goldfish, two clownfishes, and two Siamese fighting fishes.

“He was grabbing fishes with his bare hands and swallowing them whole. I tried to stop him, but he was a big guy and too drunk to care even when I hit him with my handbag.”

Ms. Sanders says the accused also resisted the police officers and had to be tased several times.

“He was so obsessed with the fishes that he ignored and pushed back everyone, including the police. They had to tase him about 10 or 12 times before he cooperated.”

Pet store employee Carol Sanders described the incident as traumatizing, saying she felt powerless to stop a cruel and stupid act.

Mr. Harrison’s blood-alcohol content (BAC) was measured at 0.49 g of alcohol for every 100 ml of blood, more than six times the state’s legal limit. Traces of marijuana and cocaine were also found.

Due to his intoxication level, his bail hearing was postponed to Friday and he will remain in detention until then.

If found guilty on all charges, he faces a total of 45 years in prison and a fine of $115,000.

California man sues his parents for $1,8M for dressing him up as a girl up to the age of 14

A young man from San Francisco launched a controversial civil lawsuit against his parents this morning, demanding $1,857,250 in financial compensation for being raised as a girl and forced to wear feminine clothes for more than 14 years.

The plaintive, 22-year old Chelsea Roberts, alleges that his parents, Brian and Angela Roberts, forced him to wear dresses or skirts every day for years, forced him to behave and identify himself as a girl, and even tried to impose a sex change surgery on him.

In his request, the young man claims his parents’ behavior and the sexual identity they imposed on him have caused severe psychological trauma that will leave lasting scars and necessitate years of therapy.

Interviewed by FOX affiliate KTVU, Mr. Roberts gave an emotional testimony of his childhood and being raised as a girl.

“They always wanted to have a girl and made sure I knew. They gave me a girl’s name, dressed me like a princess and insisted I behaved more girly than any girl in daycare or school.”

Chelsea Roberts says he confronted his parents several times, asking for the right to be a boy. His demands were met by a request from his parents for him to undergo a “corrective surgery” to permanently become a girl.

“They said they wanted me cured of such evil thoughts and tried to get me to have sex-change surgery, that’s when I decided to run away from home.”

Brian and Angela Roberts refused all demands for interviews and didn’t make any comments when leaving the courthouse this morning.

Experts are divided concerning the possible outcome of this case, as this is a rather unusual case and there is little applicable jurisprudence in California.

For some analysts, the demands of $1,3M in compensation for his psychological harm and $550,000 in punitive damages are exaggerated, and the court will probably settle for less.

Some experts, however, believe the young man may be granted even more than he is demanding, considering his parents selfishly violated his basic human rights and cause him lasting psychological and emotional trauma.

Both parties are expected to appear in court on Friday for the beginning of the testimonies.

Utah woman arrested for secretly putting penis enlargement drugs in her husband’s food for years

A woman from Salt Lake City is accused of going too far in her attempt to find sexual satisfaction in her marriage by crushing erectile and penis enlargement pills and secretly adding them to her husband’s food.

32-year old Jennifer Smith was arrested in her residence this morning by officers of the Salt Lake City Police Department (SLCPD) and accused of surreptitious administering of a poisonous substance.

According to investigators, the accused had been spiking her husband’s food with large quantities of erectile and penis enlargement drugs for at least seven years until he recently caught her in the act.

She confessed to him that she’d been drugging him for years “to avoid cheating on him” and begged him to forgive her, but he instead chose to call the police and file a complaint.

SLCPD spokesman, lieutenant Carl Jefferson, says the accused openly admitted her crimes during her interrogation but insisted she had “good intentions”.

“She says her husband has a tiny penis, so the subject is very sensitive. She seems to have been sincerely motivated with helping him and their couple, but just got it totally wrong.”

Lieutenant Jefferson says she began drugging her husband only a few months after their wedding in August 2013.

“She never had sex before she got married and was extremely disappointed by her first few experiences. She refused to consider divorce due to her religious conviction, so she found an unusual and illegal alternative.”

Lieutenant Jefferson described the accused as “naive and good-intentioned” but insists that her actions constitute serious crimes and must be punished.

Jennifer Smith faces an impressive 7,730 charges of surreptitious administering of a poisonous substance and 320 charges of sexual assault linked to relations with her husband while he was involuntarily intoxicated.

If found guilty on all charges, she faces a maximum sentence of over 40,200 years of imprisonment.

She was freed a few hours after her arrest after paying a $400,000 bail and will remain at her parent’s house under strict conditions until the beginning of her trial in April.

Burglar sues homeowner after being raped by German shepherds while stuck in house’s pet door

A young home invader arrested after calling the police himself to report he was being raped by his victim’s dogs, has filed an $850,000 lawsuit against his victims, alleging physical and psychological trauma.

23-year old Jonas Carlson attempted to break into a Baton Rouge residence on February 26 by going through the residence’s pet door.

Bad plan, worst execution

Unfortunately for him, things didn’t work out exactly as planned and he got seriously stuck in the small entrance designed for dogs… and things only got worst from there.

According to the version of the events he presented in his lawsuit, the two German shepherds in the yard took advantage of his vulnerable position to tear his pants apart with their teeth and take turns raping him repeatedly.

Mr. Carlson claims the savage assault lasted more than an hour and a half non-stop before he called the police to turn himself in and 45 more minutes before the police arrived.

Excessive force or deserved punishment?

His lawyer, Ms. Anna Sheridan, says her client was seriously traumatized by the event and that the residence’s owner, 93-year old widow Thelma Matthews, is responsible for her dog’s behavior.

“The law is clear that guard dogs are permitted to use reasonable force to neutralize an intruder. Raping an unarmed young man for hours isn’t reasonable force.”

Ms. Matthews on the other hand, claims her dogs never sexually assaulted anyone before and says she doesn’t “intend to pay a dime to that little bastard“.

“That little jerk tried to rob a lonely old lady and got roughed a bit by two good protective dogs. He deserved it, while I did nothing to cause any of this.”

93-year old Thelma Matthews says her dogs are “good dogs” and says she will fight to keep them alive. She says the incident has also left her with her own psychological trauma and she feels no responsibility for Mr. Carlson’s trauma.

Legal battle in sight

Mr. Carlson demands a total of $857,250 in damages as well as the euthanasia of Ms. Matthews’ two dogs, Bingo and Ringo.

The elderly woman insists that no matter what the court decision is, she will refuse to pay Mr. Carlson, even threatening to “give every penny to charity and die ruined to make sure he gets nothing“.

Mr. Carlson is presently detained while waiting for his trial for burglary, so the court had suspended the beginning of the procedures in the civil lawsuit until May.

Experts disagree concerning the eventual outcome in this case which is expected to draw a lot of media attention. While most agree the demands are probably excessive, the opinions vary concerning Ms. Matthews’ legal responsibility in the young man’s psychological trauma.

The majority of experts believe the court will judge for a financial settlement estimated between $100,000 and $350,000.

Prisoner released after 25 year sentence arrested for stealing bed sheets from prison in his rectum

A prisoner set to be released this morning from a super-maximum security prison in Colorado after serving a 25 year sentence, was arrested before even exiting the facility while attempting to steal bed sheets and pillow cases from the prison hidden in his rectal cavity.

71-year old Warren McIntire served 25 years in the federal prison system for a kidnapping and murder committed in Denver in 1991, and was set to be released from the ACX Florence federal prison where he spent the last decades.

During a cavity search before his release, security guards found a two bed sheets and two pillow cases wrapped in plastic bags in Mr. McIntire’s rectal cavity.

In accordance with the regulations of the regulations of the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBP), the 71-year old man was immediately accused of third-degree burglary and sent back to his cell to await his trial.

A spokesman of the penitentiary facility, Mr. Michael James, described the theft as a possible “desperate attempt to remain in prison” during a brief press conference a few hours after the incident.

“The detainee spent most of his life in prison, 37 years in total. He probably wanted to avoid being released in a world he knows nothing about.”

Mr. James says that several prisoners commit crimes while in prison to avoid being released, but this is the first time an American prisoner is caught trying to steal from a penitentiary facility.

“Mr. McIntire found God and renounced violence while in prison. I guess God showed him a non-violent way to remain in prison. It’s weird, I admit, but I’ve seen worse.”

Mr. Michael James, spokesman of the ACX Florence prison, says the prisoner probably wanted to get caught and remain in prison with resorting to violence.

Mr. McIntire is accused of 3rd degree burglary and faces a maximum sentence of 24 months of imprisonment.

The United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado demanded a psychiatric evaluation to determine if he is mentally fit to stand trial and can be considered criminally responsible for his actions.

Therefore, the beginning of his trial was scheduled in August to allow time for a complete evaluation.

Ohio man accused of ejaculating in dozens of coworkers’ lunches every day for four years

A factory worker from Cincinnati was arrested this morning and accused of ejaculating in his coworkers’ food during each of his work shift over more than four years.

34-year old Barry Sinclair was arrested this morning by the Cincinnati Police Department (CPD) when he showed up to work as a janitor at the United Metal factory.

Mr. Sinclair was filmed by a newly installed security camera last week while he masturbated in the employee’s cafeteria and ejaculated in another employee’s sandwich.

He was confronted by his superiors and made some astonishing confessions: he had been ejaculating in his colleagues’ food at least three to five times during each of his work shifts for the last four and a half years.

Cincinnati Police Department spokesman, Lt. Robert Wickenheiser, says his employers reported the situation to the police as soon as they realized the seriousness of the situation.

“He admitted over 4000 sexual aggressions during his interrogation, but claims he did it out of self-defense, hoping to turn homophobic coworkers into homosexuals.”

Lt. Wickenheiser says the accused believed that ingesting semen could “turn straight men into gay men” and he wanted to convert some of his bullies.

“He claims his coworkers harassed him due to his homosexuality, nicknaming him “the cum drinker”. He hoped to turn some of them gay by ejaculating in their sandwiches.”

Cincinnati Police Department spokesman, Lt. Robert Wickenheiser, says Mr. Sinclair keeps confessing to a surprising number of crimes, but seems to perceive himself as the victim.

Barry Sinclair already faces a total of 4,480 criminal charges of sexual assault and 1,364 charges of indecent exposure.

His lawyer, Mr. Marcus Smith, demanded a psychiatric evaluation to determine if he is fit to stand trial and can be considered criminally responsible for his actions.

According to Mr. Smith, Barry Sinclair spent more than three in mental institutions, but was judged fit to live without medical supervision in 2016. The lawyer believes that his recent problems suggest he was not entirely fit to be released when he was.

New Jersey man obtains right to marry his dead mother after an 8-year legal battle

The New Jersey Supreme Court rendered a controversial judgment this morning, allowing a man from Trenton to legally marry his dead mother.

In a split 4-3 decision, the State Supreme Court ruled in favor of 49-year old Francis Murphy, allowing his request to be engaged to deceased mother.

Mr. Murphy and his mother, Dolores Smith, formed a couple for seven years and were planning to get married and have children when she died from a heart attack four days before the ceremony in 2013.

The grieving man has been fighting for years for the right to become legally engaged to her despite her demise in order to be allowed to use her eggs preserved frozen in a fertility clinic to have a child.

Mr. Murphy was extremely happy with the judgment, saying he had to face a lot of discrimination concerning love between consenting adult relatives.

“The state of New Jersey is full of narrow-minded stuck up bureaucrats. No matter how long I explained, it always came back to the fact that I couldn’t marry her because she was my mother, and that she was dead. I had to prove them wrong!”

The 49-year old man hopes the court’s decision will allow other people facing similar situations to “stand up to discrimination and fight for their rights”.

“Same-sex marriage is already allowed, no I just lifted another discriminatory barrier concerning marriage with relatives or dead loved ones. It’s a great day for New Jersey and the U.S.”

Francis Murphy spent more than 8 years in court procedures, but says he did it to change the law for other couples whose love is discriminated by the state.

The judgment has stirred a lot of reaction on social media as well as from various organizations.

Some LGBT and Civic Rights organizations have saluted the court’s decision while others have dissociated themselves from Mr. Murphy and his cause.

Several religious and conservative organizations have expressed outrage or disgust, saying the decision “attacked the sacredness of marriage”.

The judgment has drawn a lot of violent reactions and Mr. Murphy has even been placed under police protection after receiving death threats.

Most experts believe that this judgment is very specific and won’t really affect the marriage law in New Jersey or elsewhere in the U.S.

Woman found not criminally responsible for 19 murders due to extreme premenstrual syndrome

Springfield, Missouri | A woman accused of 19 homicides was found not criminally responsible for her crimes after a unanimous jury judged  that her Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) periodically turned her into “an extremely violent and unstable psychopath”.

49-year old Jennifer Walters was accused of 19 homicides and 14 assaults committed between 2009 and 2019 in four various counties across Missouri.

She pleaded that she suffered from Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), an extreme version of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) approximately 500 times more intense, claiming her condition made her “completely lose control” in the week or two before her monthly period starts.

The jury’s verdict came this morning after an 8-month long trial that she is “not criminally responsible on account of mental disorder” (NCRMD) on all 33 charges.

Her lawyer, Mr. Michael Heinz, described the judgment as an important jurisprudence for the recognition of premenstrual disorder as a mental illness.

“For years feminist organizations have been opposing PMS being recognized as a mental illness, but this judgment may finally have broken a social taboo.”

Mr. Heinz says jokingly that he had to avoid meeting his client in the weeks before her period during the eight months the trial lasted.

“During the first month, I wasn’t careful and she nearly strangled me with my tie after kicking me in the crotch. I learned to adjust our meetings to her menstrual cycle!”

Ms. Walter’s lawyer, Michael Heinz, says his client deserved to be found not guilty, claiming she is “clearly unstable and mentally ill half of the time”.

Three experts presented different psychiatric evaluations of the accused during the trial with several differences in their conclusions.

Two of the experts judged she did “lose her capacity to distinguish right from wrong” one or two weeks per month while the third disagreed.

All three recognized it was impossible to determine if she was suffering from PMDD at the time when the various crimes were committed, but described her as “highly unstable and potentially violent”.

The judgment as caused a lot of reactions, and the state attorney in this case, Ms. Laura Myers, says she’s already considering appealing the decision.
